Vaanir connects buyers with independent sellers. When you place an order, the seller is responsible for packaging, dispatching, and delivering the product to you. Vaanir does not warehouse, stock, or ship any products.
When you place an order, the delivery address you provide during checkout is shared with the seller solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and name are accurate — Vaanir is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the buyer.
Since shipping is managed by individual sellers, delivery timelines vary based on the seller's location, the shipping method they choose, and your delivery address. Vaanir does not guarantee any specific delivery date or timeframe.
If a seller has not shipped or delivered your order within a reasonable time (typically 7–10 days from order confirmation), you may contact the seller directly or reach out to our Grievance Officer for assistance.
Shipping charges, if any, are determined by the seller and will be communicated at the time of checkout. The total amount displayed at checkout — including the product price and any applicable shipping charges — is the final amount you pay.
Vaanir does not add any shipping surcharges or hidden fees to your order.
Order tracking availability depends on the shipping method used by the seller. Some sellers may provide tracking details (such as a courier tracking number) via the platform or directly to you. If tracking is not available, you may contact the seller using the details on your order for a delivery update.
If you receive a damaged product or your delivery goes missing, contact the seller directly as they are responsible for the shipment. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the seller, contact our Grievance Officer:

Vaanir does not restrict the geographic area a seller can deliver to. However, individual sellers may have their own serviceability limits. If a seller cannot deliver to your location, they should communicate this before or at the time of order confirmation. In such cases, the order may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
As a seller on Vaanir, you are fully responsible for shipping and delivery. This includes:
Repeated shipping failures, excessive delivery delays, or unresolved delivery complaints may result in a review of your seller account.
