Vaanir is a marketplace e-commerce platform. You are an independent seller, not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of Kredey Innovations. You are solely responsible for your products, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, customer service, and legal compliance.
You must be at least 18 years of age. Sellers may be individuals, sole proprietors, or business entities. You represent that all information you provide is accurate.
You receive a personalized storefront with a unique URL (e.g., vaanir.in/your-store-name). Your store name must not infringe on any trademark, be misleading, or impersonate any other person or business.
Accuracy: Every listing must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Pricing: The price you set is the final price inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Stock Management: Keep stock counts accurate to avoid failed order fulfillment.
Prohibited Products: You may not list products that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, hazardous, or that infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
Order Acceptance: A confirmed order is a binding obligation to deliver.
Shipping: You are fully responsible for packaging, dispatching, and delivering all orders in a timely manner.
Cancellation: You may cancel only Pending orders. Once an order is confirmed, you are obligated to fulfill it.
Returns: You determine your own return policy, subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You must honor any return or exchange commitments communicated to buyers.
Buyer payments are processed through Razorpay. Currently, Vaanir charges no commission or platform fees. We reserve the right to introduce fees with at least 30 days' advance notice to sellers.

Vaanir does not provide legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own compliance.
You retain ownership of your product content (photos, descriptions). By uploading content to Vaanir, you grant Kredey Innovations a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it for the purpose of operating the platform. You warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
We may suspend or terminate your seller account for violations of these Terms, the general Terms of Service, or applicable law. Upon termination, your storefront and listings are removed and any pending orders are cancelled with buyer refunds issued.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kredey Innovations from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from: your products or listings, your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, your misuse of buyer data, or any dispute between you and a buyer.
Vaanir provides the platform "as is." We do not guarantee any volume of orders or sales. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the platform fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000 if no fees have been paid.
These Seller Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
